Living With Challenges

We all know that life has a challenge for us at every step. It rests with us how to cope with it. Some of us ignore it, a few accept it boldly, and the others do nothing but complain about it. It is very important to inculcate positive thinking. We should be filled with energy. Explore within and identify your source of energy. Once you have identified the source, harness it to the maximum potential. Make it flow in a positive stream. I firmly believe in “moving my life and not letting my life drag me”. Remove the unwanted. Get rid of the toxins. We need to de-clutter our life as much as we need to de-clutter our home. Simplify your life and find ways to minimize complications. Carry nothing that is painful. Let go. It is hard, but it is not impossible. Hold no grudge, and the most important of all is to tame one’s ego.

The physical challenges are visible to all and get noticed quickly. But the emotional challenges are hidden. No one can help us with the latter unless we seek help. Now, this is the hardest part. We often feel that seeking help would show us in a negative way. No, it would not. Friends understand and family understands. And I dare to say that if they do not, then they are not worthy of being friends or family. The challenges at the emotional, mental and intellectual level could be silent killers. These lead to stress which sometimes gets too far to be managed by individuals on their own. Explore within and identify the stress management plan. Once identified, use it effectively to simplify life. I would like to mention that this plan is meant to be a stress buster and not a stress enhancer in any way.

One needs to be practical in life. It is very important to dream, and chase your dream, but it is equally important to keep one’s feet firmly on the ground. Accept the challenges in life, and make the best of the amazing life you have.
